Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days after the day your goods arrive. Tell us by email, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct for handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We refund the item price and basic outbound delivery where applicable. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Contact us for the correct return destination before sending anything. The company address is in Thailand, so international postage may apply. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights are unaffected. Contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement, including reasonable return costs where required. Eligible faulty goods can normally be rejected within 30 days. Further remedies can apply after this period.
Cancellation notice
Email theteam@preppercompany.co.uk with: “I wish to cancel my order”, your name, order number, goods concerned, address and delivery date. You may use your own clear statement instead.
