Who is responsible

Payment providers process payment details; we do not receive your full card number. Hosting, order storage, delivery and email providers may process information needed for their services. Our IntellextAI shopping assistant processes the messages you choose to send to answer product and delivery questions. We retain information for order support, legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.
